YOU ARE INVITED TO LJUBLJANA
It is an honor and pleasure for the Turkish Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (TACBT) to welcome you to the 47th Annual Congress of the European Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT'17) which will be held in Ljubljana on September 13 - 16, 2017.
The theme of the congress reflects the central motive of the event that is to bridge dissemination with good practice. Our theme is chosen on the opinion that dissemination of CBT is highly important but dissemination of good practice is vital. It is time to discuss the core principles and foundations of good practice and how to make it more accessible for practitioners as well as our clients.
The TACBT with EABCT will deliver a high quality congress which hopefully will turn out to be a memorable event both scientifically and socially. As we believe that the scientific success of a congress depends on the contribution of the delegates, we hope that many of you will be able to get actively involved in the congress. The programme will cover all areas of behavioural and cognitive therapies including innovative and controversial developments and will certainly give emphasis on child and adolescent psychology as well.
We have no doubt that the charm of Ljubljana and the fine scientific programme will make the difference between an ordinary congress and a truly memorable experience. We are grateful for the generous positive feedback we have always received following the past international CBT congresses organised by the TACBT. This makes the upcoming event even more challenging in order to excel the success of previous ones.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Ljubljana to share professional experiences and opinions regarding good practice of CBT as well as meeting old friends and making new ones.
Let's hope to meet in Ljubljana in September 2017.
